One of the best parts of doing what we do is being able to be a part of a vibrant community of farmers (and gardeners too!) here in the greater Portland area. We are privileged to work with people who have expertise in a wide range of areas, giving us access to a wealth of agricultural knowledge. We want to share some of that knowledge with our community. Our class series is free and will feature a different topic each week with speakers who are experts in their field. Our goal is simple: to start useful conversations and to actively engage with both new and seasoned members of our community. Come join us for coffee, snacks, and informative conversation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below you will find brief descriptions of our upcoming classes. Classes will be held in the Showroom conference area on Saturday mornings. Each class will run for approximately an hour, with time for Q & A included in that estimated duration. There is no charge for attendance, but we do ask that you RSVP if you are planning to attend. You can get your name on the list for a class by sending an email to our Showroom Manager holly@concentratesnw.com or by calling the Showroom at 503-234-7501 ext 6. If you’re new to keeping chickens or you’re an experienced chicken keeper looking for some expert advice, this is the class for you! Come learn about keeping chickens in your backyard. Learn the \u201cdo\u2019s & don\u2019ts\u201d of chicken keeping. Learn how to feed and house a small flock of hens, and how to keep them healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
